We provide a platform to connect food truck vendors and market vendors with community events in Miami-Dade County. We also facilitate vendor registrations, payments, and communications.
To participate as a vendor, you must complete our registration form. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your business.
Payments for event sign-ups are processed securely. Fees, payment plans, and deadlines are clearly communicated during the sign-up process. Full payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
By opting in to receive text messages from Family Food Truck Events, you agree to the following SMS program terms:
You will receive up to 4 text messages per month. Messages include event reminders, payment reminders, sign-up opportunities, compliance updates, and promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

Food truck vendors must maintain current compliance documentation, including DBPR licenses and Certificates of Insurance (COI). Booth vendors are exempt from DBPR/COI requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Family Food Truck Events and New Image Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be posted on our website.
